websites that 'rate stuff'

I've had pretty good luck using epinions but I was wondering if there were other sites that rated stuff? I know this is 'off topic' but I just wanted to know. :)

Try: www.pcworld.com and click on "Info Center" or "Reviews" or www.cnet.com for tech type stuff. To compare prices I always use www.pricewatch.com

I also notice Circuit City has a user review thing you can view when looking at their products.
